Privacy notice

How Bridge Future Readiness handles information you choose to share.

Effective date: 2026-10-14

The Bridge is the public brand of Bridge Future Readiness, a Singapore-registered sole proprietorship (UEN 53533454X).

Information we collect

When you ask to receive important updates, we collect the contact details needed for the channel you choose. These may include an email address, a WhatsApp number and an optional first name. We record which topics and communication channels you select, along with relevant subscription and withdrawal information.

Our website is for parents, educators and anyone interested in young people's futures. Young people are welcome to get in touch; if they're under 13, we'll ask that a parent or guardian is involved. Our subscription forms do not ask for young people’s personal details. If a parent or guardian chooses to share information about their child in an enquiry or conversation, we use it only to respond to that enquiry or to provide the service requested, handle it with extra care, and do not use it for marketing.

Cloudflare may also process technical information, such as IP addresses and browser requests, to deliver and protect this website. We are not presently using a separate advertising or behavioural-analytics service on the site.

What we use information for

We use your information to respond to enquiries and to send occasional significant announcements about Rising with AI or The Bridge, but only through the channels and for the topics you have chosen. There is no scheduled newsletter. An enquiry, WhatsApp conversation or subscription to one topic does not automatically subscribe you to another.

If you choose WhatsApp updates, we use your number to send occasional announcements on the topics you selected. You can stop them at any time by replying STOP. We do not sell subscriber contact details.

Our service providers

We use Brevo to manage email subscriptions and related contact records. Brevo states that its contact databases are hosted within the European Union. We use Cloudflare for website delivery, DNS and incoming business-email forwarding. If you contact us through WhatsApp, WhatsApp/Meta processes messages under its relevant terms. These arrangements may involve processing personal data outside Singapore. We take steps to comply with applicable Singapore PDPA protection and overseas-transfer requirements.

Your preferences and withdrawal rights

Promotional emails sent through Brevo include an unsubscribe link. Its standard global unsubscribe stops marketing emails from The Bridge across topics. You may also request changes by emailing privacy@bridgefuturereadiness.com.

If you receive promotional WhatsApp updates, you can reply STOP to our WhatsApp Business number or email us. To stop only one type of WhatsApp update, specify Rising with AI or The Bridge; otherwise we will interpret STOP as a request to stop all promotional WhatsApp updates. We will record and process WhatsApp withdrawals, which are separate from email permissions.

You may request access to or correction of your personal information, withdraw a permission or contact us about a data-protection concern. We handle these requests under applicable law.

Retention and protection

We normally retain subscription information while you remain subscribed, reviewing it periodically to check that it is still needed. If you unsubscribe or withdraw a particular permission, we stop using the relevant details for those updates and may retain a limited record of your withdrawal where reasonably necessary to respect your choice and avoid contacting you again.

We normally delete routine enquiry correspondence no later than 24 months after our last substantive response, unless an enquiry remains active or a legitimate business or legal obligation requires longer retention. We may delete correspondence earlier when it is no longer needed, and review enquiry records periodically.

Where backup copies are kept, we restrict access, review how long they are needed and securely dispose of copies no longer required for recovery or legitimate business or legal purposes. We do not treat an older backup as permission to resume withdrawn marketing communications.

We apply reasonable measures to limit access to personal information and protect it against unauthorised access. We do not disclose personal data to third parties for their independent marketing.
